Best Buy fills merchandise for sales rewards platform

Best Buy is making inventory available to Elite Rewards clients.

Best Buy Co. Inc. is opening its premium product catalog to employee retention and sales incentive programs.

The consumer electronics giant has been selected by Elite Rewards to fulfill merchandise selected by participants in its employee retention and sales reward offerings. This provides clients with seamless access to Best Buy inventory via direct API integration.

The current fulfillment agreement applies to a variety of Elite Rewards employee retention and sales incentive programs, including Elite's "Gift with Purchase" programs. 

Elite Rewards expects that 40-50% of the products available across all of its reward platforms will soon be fulfilled by Best Buy.

"As we've continued to grow and expand our customer base nationally and internationally, we felt it was extremely important to solidify an agreement with North America's largest consumer electronics specialty retailer," saidTom Coffeen, VP of sales for Elite. "Seamlessly integrating the Best Buy offerings into our portals allows us to maintain our clients' brands while providing the best possible user experience."

Best Buy supplies partners with product

Best Buy also collaborates with several other companies to provide inventory and content. The retailer collaborates with omnichannel marketing and data solutions provider Lucky to let consumer electronics brands connect their DTC websites with its store inventory in real time.

As a result, customers cab view product availability at their local Best Buy store and leverage Best Buy’s same-day delivery and in-store pickup options. Best Buy is also partnering with Microsoft to provide perks for shoppers of the tech giant's line of Co-Pilot+ artificial intelligence-enabled PCs. 

Best Buy has the largest available assortment of Copilot+ PCs and will serve as the exclusive retailer of several of these models, including devices from Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo and Samsung.

The company is also partnering with digital review/analysis publication CNET to offer curated content and unbiased editorial advice from CNET experts across its e-commerce site, app and stores, encompassing a variety of product reviews and expert picks to encourage purchases.

Based in Minneapolis, Best Buy Co. Inc. operates more than 1,000 retail stores in North America.
