Bath & Body Works plans to hire 33,000 seasonal workers for stores, DCs
Bath & Body Works is looking for more than a few good men and women to help it deal with the anticipated holiday rush.
The personal care and home fragrance retailer will hire 30,000 new seasonal associates at its more than 1,800 stores in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, as well as 2,700 distribution center associates for its four central Ohio distribution centers.
Consistent with its seasonal hiring during the 2023 holiday season, the more than 30,000 roles will consist of part-time seasonal sales associates in Bath & Body Works retail locations and full-time merchandise handlers, merchandise processors, high lift operators and outbound loaders in its distribution centers.

Bath & Body Works will host a national store associate hiring event on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024 across its U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico retail locations. At this event, applicants can go to their local store for an interview and offers will be given immediately to qualified candidates. Online store associate applications will be accepted until Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024.
Distribution center applicants can apply online or by phone or email and receive an immediate decision about their employment and a start date. Candidates for these roles have until Friday, Dec. 6, 2024 to apply, with $500 bonus available for existing associates who refer distribution center candidates successfully hired on with the company.
Burlington Stores also recently launched its seasonal holiday hiring push, while Spirit Halloween began recruiting seasonal associates for its August-early November operating period in June.
Bath & Body Works Inc. operates more than 1,870 company-operated locations in the U.S. and Canada and more than 490 international franchised locations, as well as an online storefront.
