Bath & Body Works to hire 30,000 store employees for holidays
Bath & Body Works is looking to get a jump on holiday hiring.
The home fragrance and personal care products retailer is beginning to hire seasonal associates both in-store and at its distribution centers for the 2023 holiday season. Applications go live on August 29.
Bath & Body Works plans to hire 30,000 seasonal holiday sales associates for its stores across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Candidates have until October 22, 2023 to apply.
In addition, the company is looking to hire about 2,500 seasonal employees for its four distribution centers in central Ohio, with wages ranging from $18.25 to $23.50 an hour. Candidates have until mid-December to apply and the retailer is offering a $500 associate referral bonus program.
Bath & Body Works will host two National Hiring Events across all its stores on Saturday, September 23 and Thursday, October 12. Prospective applicants can go to their local store for an interview and offers will be given immediately to qualified candidates. Candidates can also apply online for sales associate positions.

The retailer said there will be opportunities for some seasonal sales associates and distribution employees to transition to long-term employment.
