A specialty teen retailer is blending financial results with workforce and operational data to provide better business insights.
Zumiez has selected the Workday Financial Management, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Workday Prism Analytics solutions to help accelerate its digital finance transformation in order to better anticipate and react to changing market conditions. Leveraging the cloud-based Workday solutions, Zumiez seeks to enable its finance teams to deliver business insights and strategic planning across its multi-system enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment.
As a result, the retailer intends to improve planning processes to help drive faster, informed decisions. Zumiez also hopes to streamline and standardize consolidation, close, and reconciliation processes by integrating information from multiple systems.
