Williams-Sonoma adds Rejuvenation to loyalty program

A new brand is part of Williams-Sonoma Inc.'s The Key Rewards.

Williams-Sonoma Inc. is continuing efforts to unify operations across its banners.

The home products and furnishings retailer now includes its Rejuvenation banner as part of its free The Key Rewards loyalty program. As a member of The Key Rewards loyalty program, customers can earn and redeem rewards while shopping online and in-store at Rejuvenation and through Williams-Sonoma brands including Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen and Mark & Graham. 

Customers can sign up for the free loyalty program or earn rewards at an accelerated rate by applying for The Key Rewards credit card.

In fall 2023, Williams-Sonoma connected in-house-developed solutions with Salesforce technology, including Marketing Cloud, to holistically understand its customers, including those who shop multiple banners, and improve consumer engagement with features such as targeted personalization.

The loyalty program offers up to 2% back in rewards across Rejuvenation, Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen and Mark & Graham on both online and in-store purchases.

The Key Rewards also offers a credit card which offers 10% unlimited rewards for online and in-store purchases at all participating Williams-Sonoma banners, including Rejuvenation, along with other perks and benefits.

Rejuvenation sells products on its e-commerce site and its 12 retail stores in Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles, Berkeley, San Diego, Atlanta, Chicago, New York City, Houston, Costa Mesa, Calif., Edina, Minn. and Cary, N.C.
