Walmart is expanding the range of virtual care options available through its Better Care Services platform.

The retail giant debuted Better Care Services, a one-stop digital destination designed to give customers instant access to a curated network of third-party providers, in January 2026. Now Teladoc Health, a provider of virtual care offerings including virtual urgent care, dermatology, and nutrition services, is a Better Care Services partner.

Teladoc Health addresses everyday needs such as sinus infections and skin conditions, as well as provides ongoing support for weight loss and cardiometabolic conditions, with insurance and cash pay options. For a cash-pay price of $89 per visit, Walmart customers can gain access to Teladoc Health services including:

  • 24/7 Care: Customers can connect with a provider within minutes to treat a range of common conditions including sinus infections, pink eye, urinary tract infections, and cold and flu symptoms.
  • Dermatology: Users can upload photos of a skin issue to get help for issues such as rashes, sunburns, skin infections, and moles. Within 24 hours, a board-certified dermatologist will review and share a diagnosis and custom treatment plan.
  • Nutrition: Customers can work one-on-one with a registered dietitian to receive a personalized nutrition guide as well as support for diabetes, weight management, prenatal nutrition, and other issues.

Prescriptions, if needed, can be sent to a pharmacy, including Walmart, with free delivery available for Walmart+ paid subscription members.

“Healthcare should be easier to access, easier to understand and more affordable,” said Leslie Fletcher, VP, strategy and partnerships, Walmart U.S. health & wellness. “By adding Teladoc Health we’re continuing to expand Better Care Services with more options for care, paired with fast, convenient access to everyday health needs and prescriptions.”

This collaboration follows the January 2026 launch of Teladoc Health’s BetterHelp mental health offering on Better Care Services. Other additions Walmart has made to the platform include the April 2026 rollout of obesity and weight management support offerings from the Aaptiv personalized fitness app, Berry Street AI-enabled nutrition therapy, Curai Health AI-supported, self-guided virtual health services, MyCare by Twin Health, personalized insights and care for GLP-1 users, and Wheel membership-based weight care management program.

Better Care Services also connects customers to Nutrition Hub, which runs on the Walmart Everyday Health Signals personalized nutrition and guidance platform for eligible Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members and helps guide personalized food and recipe choices.

"Walmart is where millions of Americans already go for everyday needs, and now, getting care from Teladoc Health can be part of that same experience," said Kelly Bliss, Teladoc Health president of U.S. group health. “By removing friction and meeting people where they are, virtual care becomes something people choose first, not just something they can access."

Based in Bentonville, Ark., Walmart Inc. operates more than 10,900 stores and numerous e-commerce websites in 19 countries.
