Tractor Supply Company has a new digital pet pharmacy offering.

Tractor Supply Company continues building out its online pet services.

The country’s largest rural lifestyle retailer is expanding the offerings of its Tractor Supply Rx budget-priced pet and animal pharmacy offering. Customers can now shop for pet and animal medications, enroll in automatic delivery, and obtain pharmacy advice via a dedicated section of the Tractor Supply e-commerce site.

In addition, members of the Neighbor’s Club loyalty program can earn points and rewards on prescription purchases for their pets and animals. The launch follows the retailer’s December 2024 acquisition of Allivet, a privately-held online pet pharmacy it previously partnered with to fulfill prescriptions through Tractor Supply Rx.

The acquisition expanded Tractor Supply’s total addressable market by $15 billion to $225 billion, the company said at the time of the sale.

"With three out of four of our 38 million Neighbor’s Club members owning a pet or animal, we have continually sought ways to provide an easy, one-stop shopping destination for all of their needs," said Rob Mills, executive VP, chief technology, digital and corporate strategy officer at Tractor Supply Company.

Tractor Supply Company’s new digital pet pharmacy also builds on existing pet services it has been providing via its Petsense by Tractor Supply subsidiary, such as pet washes and grooming and a "My Pet" personalization which provides a differentiated digital shopping experience with features such as VetInsight, which connects customers with a veterinarian for guidance and recommendations. Tractor Supply Rx also now provides a price-match guarantee.

"Through our swift integration of Allivet, we can scale this digital business into our stores to provide a compelling animal health offering wherever our customers choose to shop," said Mills. "We are now able to provide our pet customers with seamless, trusted access to the best value in medications and the expert guidance needed to help their pets and animals thrive—along with their favorite food, treats, toys and more."
