A 157-year-old leather goods company best known for its iconic boot takes the top spot for the second year running as having the highest value in the fast-growing resale market.
Frye was No. 1 in a ranking of the brands with the best overall resale value on ThredUp, the online fashion resale marketplace. Tory Burch came in second, followed by Kate Spade, Dooney & Bourke and Rayban.
Rounding out the top 10: Coach, Patagonia, Longchamp, Sorel and Reformation.
For the ranking, which is part of ThredUp’s 2020 Resale Report, the company evaluated 35,000-plus unique brands on its platform and created an aggregate score to determine a brand's ranking based on demand, virality, and value to the seller.
The report also revealed the fastest-growing brands on ThredUp, with Patagonia, Reformation, Everlane and The North Face among top scorers.
