Target is ready to launch the second round of a clothing subscription box that features its popular kids apparel brand.
The discounter is launching the next phase of its limited Cat & Jack Baby Box, a box filled with items from the successful kids line. All items, which are exclusive to the subscription, are available in sizes newborn to 24 months.
Similar to the first Cat & Jack Baby Box, which debuted in February, the new version is filled with six or seven hand-picked items, plus an additional gift. Any item can be returned to a store or shipped back to Target for an in-store credit, according to Target’s “
A Bullseye View” blog on its website.
Target automatically sends out each box in the subscription at the start of each season. When the newest box is available, Target will automatically include items in the next size up to match the baby’s growth. Customers can change sizes at any time through their online account, the blog reported.
Each box is $40, and can be ordered — while supplies last — on
Target’s website.
“We’re always looking for ways to make shopping Target more convenient for guests, and our subscription boxes are one way to do that,” said Michelle Wlazlo, senior VP of apparel and accessories, Target. “Since the limited-quantity box sold out so quickly the first time around, we’re expanding the program so more parents will have the chance to get their hands on the special assortment.”
