Beauty supply retailer gives its loyalty program a makeover

Sally Beauty Holdings launched a revamped loyalty program that features more bonuses and exclusive perks.

The beauty supply retailer introduced Sally Beauty Rewards nationwide on Monday. The new tiered program, which has been in tests in Florida and Georgia since 2017, replaces the company’s previous Beauty Club program, and features more rewards and personalized experiences.

Current Beauty Club members are automatically enrolled in the new program, and will receive a $5 reward and points based on their previous activity. New members also receive a $5 reward certificate upon joining.

Members earn 10 points for every $1 spent at Sally Beauty or online, and earn a $5 reward certificate for every 500 points (the equivalent of $50 spent). All members receive double points during their birthday month, as well as other personalized deals and offers throughout the year.

The program also features an “elite” membership tier where members earn 25% more with every dollar they spend, as well as free shipping on orders. Members achieve elite status after spending $200 in a year.
