The owners of New Jersey’s fourth largest mall have received approval from the Eatontown Planning Board to add 700 residential units and transform the property into a mixed-use community.
The final beam was inserted today in the crown of 30 Hudson Yards, the tallest structure in New York City’s newest neighborhood and taller even than the Empire State Building seven blocks to its east.
Prime logistics rents — the top prices for quality warehouse and distribution center space — ratcheted up by 100 basis points in the year ending March 31.
