  • Dunkin’ Brands extends CEO contract through 2018

    Canton, Mass. - Dunkin' Brands Group Inc, the parent company of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, today announced the extension of Chairman and CEO Nigel Travis's employment contract through December 2018. Travis, 64, whose contract previously ran through December 2016, joined Dunkin' Brands as CEO in December 2008.

  • MinuteClinic, Main Line Health collaborate in Pennsylvania

    Woonsocket, R.I. - MinuteClinic, the retail health care division of CVS Caremark and Main Line Health have signed a clinical collaboration to enhance access to healthcare services at MinuteClinic walk-in medical clinics inside select CVS/pharmacy stores in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

  • Report: Phishing scam targets Netflix customers

    Los Gatos, Calif. – A new phishing scam is reportedly targeting Netflix customers and trying to obtain their financial and personal information. According to the Huffington Post, the scam provides customers with a phony Netflix log-in page that brings them to another fake Netflix page informing them their account has been suspended for unusual activity and providing a fraudulent customer service number.

  • Accellos updates WMS offering

    Atlanta – Accellos is releasing AccellosOne Warehouse Management System (WMS) version 6.5, which is built on Accellos’ unifying technology platform, the AccellosOne Platform version 3.0. This cloud-ready WMS features an all-new configuration mechanism that leverages Microsoft’s Workflow Foundation, enabling partners and customers to analyze and modify business processes without writing code or using proprietary scripting languages.

  • Verizon adds mobile management features

    New York -- Verizon Enterprise Solutions has added new features to its cloud-based Mobile Workforce Manager solution and signed a resale agreement with enterprise mobility management provider MobileIron. Verizon's Mobile Workforce Manager, previously known as Enterprise-Mobility-as-a-Service, has been enhanced with new features that securely separate users' business and personal lives across devices and improve functionality for managing mobile applications, offering an overall simplified user experience.

  • Lowe’s names merchandising exec as chief customer officer

    Mooresville, N.C. -- Lowe's Companies Inc. has named Michael A. Jones has been named the company's chief customer officer, effective April 30. Jones currently serves as Lowe's chief merchandising officer, overseeing the full merchandise offering for all Lowe's U.S. stores and Lowes.com, as well as all global sourcing activities.

  • Price Shopper names VP of construction

    Schenectady, N.Y. -- Price Choppers Supermarkets/Golub Corp. has named Ryan C. Hill as VP of construction and engineering. He will be responsible for planning the overall engineering, architectural and construction activities for the 132-store chain.

    Hill comes to Price Chopper from Walgreens, where he served as senior director of construction.
