Sweet Paris to open eight new locations in 2025
Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is planning to continue to grow its footprint in the new year.
The Houston-based chain known for sweet and savory crêpes says it is planning eight new store openings for 2025, including its first location in Arizona at the Scottsdale Quarter, its third location in the Miami area at Miami Worldcenter, three additional stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area, and the arrival of the brand to new markets in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Central Florida.
Currently, Sweet Paris operates 18 locations in three U.S. states and Mexico, with 41 additional locations under various stages of development.
“With a robust pipeline of projects and strategic partnerships in the works, we are looking forward to, and focused on, thoughtful growth,” said Ivan Chavez, co-founder of Sweet Paris. “By bringing our unique concept to more communities, we aim to deliver not only beautifully crafted crêpes made with the highest quality ingredients but also a consistently exceptional guest experience.”

Last year, Sweet Paris, which was founded in 2012, added four new stores to its project pipeline and opened a handful of new locations. Store opening highlights included the debut of its McAllen, Texas location at La Plaza mall, which was joined in November by the much-anticipated opening of its first location in the DFW area at Southlake Town Square. Development continued in other areas, including the opening of a new location at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn.
“[2024’s] record expansion highlights the strength of our business model, the dedication of our strategic partners, and our ongoing commitment to development,” said Allison Chavez, co-founder of Sweet Paris. “As we look ahead to the new year, we remain focused on enhancing the guest experience and exploring new opportunities to bring our unique concept to even more communities.”
