Saks Fifth Avenue opens appointment-only personal shopping, styling space in LA

Saks Fifth Avenue continues to expand — and evolve — its luxury personal shopping and styling service format, The Fifth Avenue Club.

The company’s newest outpost is at The London West Hollywood hotel in West Hollywood, Calif. The new location represents a change from existing Fifth Avenue Clubs in the LA area, which have historically been housed in Saks Fifth Avenue stores. It also introduces bespoke offerings such as an in-house beauty space and shoppable art installation.

Open to both local customers and hotel guests, the West Hollywood location is a by-appointment destination. Customers can shop a regularly curated merchandise assortment that complements items pulled specifically for client appointments, based on an in-person or virtual consultation with a Saks Stylist. A dedicated beauty counter is also available to further enhance the customer experience. 

Select pieces from Saks Fifth Avenue's fine art collection will be on display, as well as a QR code so customers can browse the full art gallery and visualize each piece in their own homes. The Fifth Avenue Club West Hollywood can also be personalized for exclusive events, brand takeovers and customized shopping journeys.

A floating fitting room, wrapped in dichroic acrylic, serves as a striking centerpiece in the space. Suspended clothing fixtures and a minimalist seating area complete the modern look. The shop's windows are wrapped in dichroic vinyl to reflect an iridescent palette onto the mirrored surfaces within the interior space.

The Fifth Avenue Club West Hollywood is the brand’s 21st location, with additional sites set to open in key markets throughout the year.
