A fast-fashion retailer is making inventory consistently available across channels.

Rue21 is deploying the Kibo Unified Commerce Cloud platform to ensure customers have a truly seamless shopping experience. Key features of the platform include a microservices-based architecture that enables Rue21 merchants to leverage cross-channel product, inventory, and customer data to gain a 360-degree business view. 

In addition, the retailer can utilize the Kibo business process management (BPM) engine to model and implement omnichannel order fulfillment processes, such as in-store pickup and ship-from-store. A centralized product catalog enables Rue21 to manage of catalog data such as product, pricing, promotions, tax, and shipping from a single admin.

On the front end, an integrated, cross-platform mobile POS solution provides customer care, in-store fulfillment, and save-the-sale capabilities.
