Retail design industry veteran joins Big Red Rooster

Joe Nevin has joined multidimensional brand experience firm Big Red Rooster.

Nevin, who joins the firm as senior VP, development, brings more than 35 years of experience in brand repositioning, the development of prototype concepts and experiential spaces, and successful implementation of projects and national programs as well as commercial development and asset repositioning. At Big Red Rooster, he will be focused on new business, fostering relationships between the company and some of its largest clients and collaborating with the firm's design leadership.

 Prior to joining Big Red Rooster, Nevin was the founding principal of the retail division of Bergmeyer, based in Boston. His clients included California Closets, MGM Resorts International, Hanna Andersson, Patagonia, TD Bank, RH, Puma, Lord + Taylor, Levi Strauss & Co., West Marine, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and many others. 

In 2018, Nevin was inducted into the Retail Design Institute’s Legion of Honor and has previously been named a Fellow of the Institute. His work has been featured in numerous publications and awarded many international design awards, including Store of the Year.
