  • Passco names regional marketing representative

    Irvine, Calif. -- Passco Cos. LLC announced that Brad McCord has been hired as regional marketing representative for the company.

    McCord will act as an internal licensed wholesaler and work closely with the sales teams and their marketing efforts.

  • Grapevine Mills names marketing director

    Grapevine, Texas -- Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group said that Kerri Bear has joined the management team at Grapevine Mills as director of marketing and business development.

    Bear will be responsible for managing marketing, advertising and public relations programs, as well as selling in-mall media, securing sponsorships, coordinating promotional events and driving tourism.

  • 7 For All Mankind to open stores in Canada

    Los Angeles -- 7 For All Mankind announced it will open its first fully owned store in Canada in March, at Chinook Centre in Calgary.

    The company said it plans to open two to three stores annually in Canada during the next four to five years.

  • Keva Juice to open at Marketplace Shopping Center

    St. Petersburg, Fla. -- Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in St. Petersburg, Fla., to Keva Juice, which will open at Marketplace Shopping Center.

    Keva Juice has leased 1,302 sq. ft. and is slated to open this spring.

    The 90,296-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by a newly opened LA Fitness. National retailers at the center also include Starbucks, The UPS Store, Jenny Craig, and BB&T.

  • Intermix to open new store in Meatpacking District

    New York City -- Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced it has secured a long-term, 2,725-sq. ft. lease with high-end apparel and accessories retailer Intermix in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District. 

    This completes the first of three phases of leasing at the building, which is situated on the southwest corner at the intersection of Washington and Gansevoort Streets, where Intermix will have two entrances. 

  • Fur de Lis Pet Parlor to open at Shiloh Springs shopping center

    Garland, Texas -- Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Garland, Texas, at Shiloh Springs shopping center to Fur le Lis Pet Parlor.

    An upscale dog grooming service and pet boutique, Fur de Lis Pet Parlor has leased 1,400 sq. ft. and is slated to open in March.

    The 110,040-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Kroger alongside national retailers such as GNC, H&R Block and Great Clips.

  • Performance Bicycle announces six new store openings

    Chapel Hill, N.C. -- Performance Bicycle, the nation’s largest specialty bike retailer, announced that in April it will open six new stores in four states nationwide.

    The expansion includes stores in Sacramento and Berkeley, Calif.; Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin, Texas; Atlanta, and the company’s first ever store in Idaho, in Boise.

    These six locations join Performance Bicycle’s 94 existing stores.
