Phillips Edison, a major player in grocery-anchored centers with more than 270 properties across the U.S., has announced three key senior management promotions.

Eric Richter

Eric Richter has been promoted to senior VP of property management, and is charged with creating and overseeing shopper experience and tenant satisfaction. He joined PECO in 2001 and has served as VP of property management since 2007.

Tony Haslinger was named senior VP of construction. Having joined the company in 2013 as a project manager, his relationships with local and national retailers have been credited with achieving significant economic efficiencies at PECO properties.

Cherilyn Megill

Cherilyn Megill has been promoted to chief marketing officer. Since joining PECO as VP of marketing and communications in 2013, Megill is credited with elevating the company’s brand visibility with an integrated strategy combining advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and social media. She also helped establish PECO NOW (Networking Opportunity for Women).

“We invest heavily in our team through programs such as PECO University and PECO NOW, and the result is evident in our highly skilled professionals who are able to take on new challenges,” said Phillips Edison COO Bob Myers.
