Temporary art space opens at 75 Wall Street

New York City Winick Realty announced Wednesday that KiptonART signed a six-month lease for its newest pop-up “Access” space at Hyatt’s Andaz Hotel, located at 75 Wall Street cornering Pearl and Water Streets, in Manhattan.

The 2,200-sq.-ft. retail space opened on June 9 and features works from emerging artists.
