The Mattress Firm leases space at Preston Park Village

Plano, Texas Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers announced it has leased space in Plano, Texas at Preston Park Village to The Mattress Firm.

The retailer has leased 3,514 sq. ft. and is slated to open in June.

The 239,333-sq.-ft. center is anchored by a Tom Thumb supermarket alongside Panera Bread, Ann Taylor and Chico’s.
