Italian luxury brand to open at Shops at The Bravern

Bellevue, Wash. Developer Schnitzer West announced that Italian luxury brand Piazza Sempione will soon be opening a store in The Shops at The Bravern, located in Bellevue, Wash.

The fashion brand will join a growing list of "first in the Northwest" retailers who are making their entre to the region at The Bravern, including Neiman Marcus, Jimmy Choo, Salvatore Ferragamo, Hermes, LTJ Arthur and Tory Burch, among others.  

Founded in Milan in 1991, Piazza Sempione is an exclusive women's clothing and accessories brand distributed worldwide in leading department stores and upscale specialty stores and via a handful of stand-alone boutiques from Rome to Russia.

Scheduled to open September, The Shops at The Bravern include approximately 305,000 sq. ft. of fashion retail, distinctive restaurants and personal services, anchored by a 125,000-sq.-ft. Neiman Marcus in a pedestrian-friendly outdoor village.
