Forest City names two to marketing positions

Cleveland Forest City Commercial Management said it has named Lindsey Cottone as marketing manager for corporate commercial management and Melina Ferraez as director of marketing at Victoria Gardens, a mixed-use property in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.

In her new position, Cottone will help develop and coordinate marketing programs for the portfolio of shopping centers. She was previously commercial development marketing manager, where she directed public and community relations and special events for six Forest City grand openings.  

Ferraez returns to Victoria Gardens, the property she helped open in 2004, as the marketing coordinator. Ferraez also served as marketing director for Forest City's Promenade Temecula and oversaw marketing activities for the grand opening of the center's 126,000-sq.-ft., open-air Main Street expansion.
