Psycho Bunny unifies inventory management across channels

Psycho Bunny is deploying a new order management system.

A menswear brand whose logo is an irreverent bunny and crossbones is enhancing its order management capabilities.

To support is continuing strategy of aggressive growth, Psycho Bunny is implementing the distributed order management system (OMS) from Fluent Commerce to handle its retail and wholesale inventory with one solution in the U.S. and Canada.

As a result, the retailer will obtain the ability to see real-time inventory to meet both retail and wholesale demands, online and in-store. In addition, Psycho Bunny aims to improve inventory accuracy. The company’s goal is to support high-speed processing across warehouses and stores, in order to effectively integrate and manage omnichannel business needs, as well as reduce short-shipments to near zero across all locations.

Psycho Bunny has been pursuing U.S. brick-and-mortar store expansion for the past few years, including opening locations at the Mall of America and at Simon shopping centers across the country.

The new Psycho Bunny stores include the integration of a new, 270-degree brand portal, offering an immersive digital dive into the Psycho Bunny universe. Working with local artists in each market, the content shown on the portal will showcase an artistic expression of each city through the Psycho Bunny lens. Aedifica is the company's strategic partner spearheading the design and deployment of the new retail stores.

Founded in 2005 in New York City and headquartered in Montreal, Canada, Psycho Bunny offers menswear items including polos, tees, French terry fleece, and technical outerwear. Each piece is created with an emphasis on quality, and has details such as mother of pearl buttons, exclusive pique fabrics and taped seams.

Psycho Bunny has opened stores across the U.S. and increased its footprint in global retailers while expanding online sales internationally.
