The world's third-largest pizza delivery company is stepping up its efforts to test its entire technology ecosystem.

Papa Johns International Inc. is leveraging advanced artificial intelligence technology from Loadmill in an effort to elevate its software testing capabilities. In addition to automating repetitive manual tasks, the retailer is utilizing the Loadmill solution to construct an interconnected testing framework.

As a result, Papa Johns intends to test digital ordering platforms, store technologies, dispatch applications, and related systems in an effort to enhance customer experience, accelerate development, and drive innovation.

"Partnering with Loadmill is a pivotal step in Papa Johns journey to deliver a better experience for our customers," said Joshua Sullivan, senior director of digital engineering at Papa Johns. "Loadmill's AI-powered API testing will significantly accelerate our ability to delight customers with innovative features and products while maintaining the highest quality standards."

By integrating Loadmill's AI-equipped API testing platform, Papa Johns also seeks to maintain efficient and smooth operations of its digital platforms, with the goal of deploying updates faster.

"At Loadmill, we're dedicated to delivering seamless digital experiences, and we're honored to embark on this journey with Papa Johns," said Ido Cohen, CEO of Loadmill. "Our team is eager to help Papa Johns continue its legacy as a digital pioneer as the company evolves its software testing and reaches even higher levels of customer satisfaction."

The new program aims to boost restaurant-level margins during the first five years of operations of new restaurants.

Papa John's International Inc. is co-headquartered in Atlanta and Louisville and is the world's third-largest pizza delivery company with more than 5,900 restaurants in approximately 50 countries and territories.
