Nordstrom Rack adds more store openings — here is the 2026 lineup
Nordstrom continues to expand the footprint of its off-price division.
The lineup of 2026 store openings for Nordstrom Rack includes 23 stores nationwide — with more to come. (See list of the locations at end of article.) The off-price retailer is expanding even as Saks Global is essentially leaving the off-price channel, with plans to close most of its Saks Off 5th locations.
The 2026 lineup features several newly announced locations, all opening in the fall. These include a 28,000-sq.-ft. store in Midtown Atlanta, at Atlantic Station, which is managed and leased by Hines, and a 27,000-sq.-ft. store in East Brunswick, N.J., at Brunswick Square. The center is owned and managed by Paramount Realty and Edgewood Properties.
Other newly announced fall openings include a 25,000-sq.-ft. store at Shoppes at Stadium in Columbia, Mo. The center is owned and managed by The Kroenke Group and houses their corporate headquarters.

Also, the company will open a 26,000-sq.-ft. location at Bloomingdale Court in Bloomingdale, Ill. which is owned and managed by an affiliate of Hutensky Capital Partners.
