Walmart touts low-cost Easter meal options

BENTONVILLE, Ark. Walmart continues to tout its Easter offerings this week, announcing that shoppers can find enough low-cost items to feed a family of eight a turkey or ham dinner with all the fixings for under $35, including two bottles of wine.

The "turkey dinner," priced at $34.56, includes a 14- to 16-pound turkey for $14.08, 2 cans of Delmonte corn for $1.50 and 2 bottles of Oak Leaf wine for $5.94. The "ham dinner" includes a seven- to eight-pound half spiral slice ham for $12.64, Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes twin pack for $2 and dinner rolls for $2.50.
