Walmart heads back-to-college

BENTONVILLE, Ark. Walmart conducted a back-to-college survey on students and moms' college worries in efforts to promote dorm products.

According to Walmart, it has everything to create a new home base at school that sets students up for success. Available at Walmart and Walmart.com, families can find back-to-college products such as Black & Decker compact fridge, Proctor Silex microwave oven, Sterilite wheeled underbed storage box, Mainstays contempo futon and 6-piece towel set.

Walmart.com also offers electronics and home merchandise with the free Site to Store shipping. Some college items only available online include Dell laptops, Haier HDTV/computer monitors, iPod Nanos and shelf organizers.
