Universal names SVP corporate alliances for licensing group

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. Stephanie Testa has been promoted to SVP corporate alliances for Universal Partnerships & Licensing.

In her new role, Testa will be responsible for development of global brand alliances across Universal’s various divisions, including motion pictures, home entertainment, staged productions and theme parks.  In addition to continuing oversight of new business development, Testa will be responsible for the strategic relationship management of Universal’s portfolio of blue chip partners.

Before joining UP&L, Testa served as the VP partnership development for Universal Parks & Resorts.  There, she led the strategic management of UPR’s corporate, licensor and cross-platform relationships in North America, Europe and Asia.
