Toys “R” Us to Open Pop-Up Store

Wayne, N.J., Toys “R” Us will open a 25,000 -sq.-ft. temporary location in downtown Manhattan that will cater to holiday shoppers. The pop-up store will officially open on Oct. 1 and will operate through Jan. 31.

The four-level store will be decorated in multi-color stars and white snowflakes, and feature whimsical motifs of the retailer’s mascot, Geoffrey, and brilliant colors throughout. Special services will include gift-wrapping, home delivery for Manhattan residents, UPS shipping options and a photo-op with Santa.
