Sears is offering customers deep discounts as the holiday selling season starts to kick in.
The struggling chain on Wednesday launched a promotional event that promises "first-of-their-kind" discounts ranging from 10% to 50% at Sears stores, and 10% to 40% at Kmart,
CNBC reported.
The deals will run through the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. Sears said it wanted to get an early start on the holiday season to help customers avoid the "Black Friday crunch," the report said.
