RSR: Saving money top priority of holiday shoppers

New York -Fifty-one percent of consumers say saving money is their top priority this holiday season, and 40% are driven by finding the right product. Those are among the findings of a recent survey conducted by RSR.



The survey also revealed that the majority of holiday shoppers (62%) will research purchases using retailers’ websites, with only 18% of shoppers will use mobile apps. Only 18% of shoppers will use mobile apps, and only 20% will use mobile deal finders



In other findings:



Only 14% plan to spend more money on more people this holiday season

The 18-30 year old group is most optimistic about their holiday shopping plans with 19% planning to spend more on more people than last year.
