This Is Retail: Behind the scenes at HSN

HSN is a shining example of a retailer that successfully reinvented itself to become a $3 billion interactive multichannel operator and in the process shattered perceptions about what a career in retail looks like.



In this latest installment of “This Is Retail,” an initiative of the National Retail Federation designed to showcase the industry’s diverse career opportunities, a group of HSN employees offer a behind-the-scenes look at the non-traditional company’s St. Petersburg, Fla., headquarters. HSN is the only retailer to offer live streaming video on three screens — TV, online and mobile — to 95 million households around the clock.
