Rebecca BonBon products come to Sears, Kmart

LAS VEGAS Sears Holdings and FreeMantle Media have announced an agreement to bring "Rebecca Bonbon" licensed products to Sears and Kmart stores across the U.S. and Canada.

Rebecca Bonbon is a Japanese character created by Hello Kitty designer Yuko Shimizo.

Beginning Aug. 1, more than 320 products will begin arriving in stores and will cover such categories as apparel, outerwear, headwear, accessories, bags, cosmetics, sleepwear, home decor, plush and pet products.

"We see the launch of this global brand as a strong statement on our commitment to provide relevance and key fashion to a young consumer. The products are unique in the market as well as trendy and broadly appealing."
