ODP helps small businesses with NASCAR
DELRAY BEACH, Fla. Office Depot announced that it is offering small business owners the chance to become the “Official Small Business of NASCAR Courtesy of Office Depot.” According to Office Depot, small businesses can enter to win online at www.officedepotracing.com from now through June 22.
As the Office Depot “Official Small Business of NASCAR,” the winning business will have its company name and logo featured on the No. 99 Office Depot Ford driven by Carl Edwards and seen by millions of people watching the races in NASCAR’s premier series. This unique opportunity gives small businesses the kind of mass-market exposure typically reserved for much larger companies.
In addition, Office Depot announced that it is leveraging Edwards popularity to rally support for the small businesses through a new and personalized online nomination component called “Connect with Carl” available at www.connectwithcarl.com.
Chuck Rubin, president of North American retail for Office Depot, explained that the promotion is an opportunity for Office Depot to continue in its mission to helping small businesses succeed in today’s marketplace.
“Office Depot is offering small businesses the opportunity to truly differentiate themselves and leverage the tremendous visibility and exposure from being on the No. 99 Office Depot race car,” Rubin said. “We work very hard to be a partner for our small business customers and provide them with the tools they need to take care of business, capitalize on new opportunities and succeed.”
