Macy's launches site to target travelers

5/10/2010

Phoenix Macy’s has launched a new Web site aimed at traveling shoppers. Called Visit Macy’s USA, the site offers information about services available to travelers in eight different languages.

For example, Macy’s will arrange group-shopping trips for visitors to any of their locations.

Groups also can use the site to facilitate a meeting or gathering at a Macy’s facility or a nearby resort property.

As part of the new service, Macy’s has partnered with the Kiwi Collection, a directory of luxury hotels, to offer search and booking services through the site.

The site, at visitmacysusa.com, also offers a downloadable Visitors Savings Pass that offers a 10% discount to shopping travelers for use at Macy’s stores.
