Limited-edition international offering coming soon
Some spring fashion excitement is on tap for Target stores beginning March 13 when the company celebrates the fifth anniversary of its GO International designer program. Plans call for a collection of 34 dresses from 17 designers who participated in the GO International affordably priced fashion program over the past five years. The limited-edition assortment will be in most Target stores through April 10.
“GO International has an incredible following and we wanted to provide women who love fashion with a second chance to get their hands on some of the program’s most popular dresses,” said Trish Adams, Target’s SVP apparel and accessories. “The GO International Designer Collective offers Target’s guests a stylish, affordable collection and celebrates the many talented designers who helped make this program a success.”
The program was introduced in 2006 and is based on the premise of offering fashion from the industry’s hottest designers to Target shoppers at a fraction of the price. The new offering will include dresses from Luella Bartley, Tara Jarmon, Paul & Joe (by Sophie Albou), Behnaz Sarafpour, Proenza Schouler (by Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez), Libertine (by Johnson Hartig), Alice Temperley, Erin Fetherston, Jovovich-Hawk (by Milla Jovovich and Carmen Hawk), Rogan (by Rogan Gregory), Richard Chai, Jonathan Saunders, Thakoon (by Thakoon Panichgul), Tracy Feith, Rodarte (by Laura and Kate Mulleavy), Zac Posen and Tucker (by Gaby Basora).
