Kohl's to Cut Prices After Thanksgiving

New York City Kohl's Corp. said it plans to increase its holiday-marketing campaign and cut prices on products to attract bargain hunters on Black Friday.

The company has unveiled a “25 Deals of Christmas” initiative, a new program that will offer consumers various deals and discounts throughout the holiday season.

Last week, Kohl's reported sharply lower quarterly profits and warned of worse-than-expected results for the rest of the year if deteriorating sales trends continue.
