Kmart to open on Thanksgiving Day

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. Kmart announced that, once again, it would open its stores on Thanksgiving Day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Kmart also reported that it would be offering more than 25,00 gifts under $25, including Kmart-exclusive brands, Craftsman, Martha Stewart Everyday and apparel from Route 66, Joe Boxer and Wckd.

The company outlined its extended business hours during Thanksgiving weekend, noting that its stores would be open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Nov. 28, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Nov. 29 and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Nov. 30 through Dec. 24.
