Kmart gets a jump on the holidays

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. Christmas seems to be arriving earlier every year for the retail industry. Kmart got a jump on the season on Sept. 29 by releasing its first-ever Fab 15 Toy List.

“Kmart commitment to providing value to its customers shines through in our robust assortment of the top brands that both kids and Mom are seeking this year, “ said Dev Mukherjee, SVP and president seasonal and toys for Sears Holdings. “We are thrilled to announce our Fab 15 for the first time ever, and we’re doing it early so families can start shopping and taking advantage of layaway to really stretch their holiday dollars.”

The Fab 15 list includes Baby Alive Whoopsie Doo, Kmart's exclusive Dora Loves Puppy and Nerf n Strike Raider. Toys featured on the Kmart Fab 15 list range from $10.99 to $99.99. 

Kmart announced that it also will offer its layaway program fro the holidays to help making shopping easier for consumers.
