Jamba Juice optimizes promotions with Fishbowl
Emeryville, Calif. –- Jamba Juice Co. has successfully optimized a campaign leveraging Fishbowl’s Promotions Manager solution, which enabled Jamba Juice to create optimized and reliable (one time use per code) promotions, distribute them both directly and through Groupon, then authenticate and track the performance in real time, capturing the underlying transaction data.
Every time a consumer buys the Groupon deal, they receive three to five codes from Fishbowl (Promotions Manager) that show up on the Groupon site or mobile app. Fishbowl’s technology made it possible to run this kind of campaign on a national scale, with the ability to track the redemptions at the consumer level to determine the impact of Groupon and overall campaign ROI.
Campaign highlights and results include more than 300,000 deals sold to 90,000 unique purchasers in a one-month period (July 16 – Aug. 15, 2014). Jamba engaged Groupon to take advantage of their size and scope: More than 70% of these purchases were made on the mobile Groupon app, and the campaign saw strong engagement across various Groupon social media channels.
