Isaac Mizrahi gets QVC show

West Chester, Pa. Fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi is getting his own show on QVC called "Isaac Mizrahi Live!” where he will pitch everything from cakes to potpourri, according to the Wall Street Journal. He will also be designing his own line of cheesecakes.

The show will stray from the standard sell of cable shopping channels, and will serve as a part pitch, part reality TV show. Mizrahi will pitch various items -- including his cheesecakes -- while he engages in his other activities, talks about his life and takes questions from callers, the report said.

The program will air eight hours a month.

In August, he opens his first boutique on Madison Avenue.
