Heineken USA names Amstel Light brand vp

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. Heineken USA today announced today that Kheri Holland Tillman has joined the company as vp for the Amstel Light and Dos Equis brands. In this role in the company’s marketing department, Tillman will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative and consumer insight-driven strategies and programming to continue to drive growth for Amstel Light and Dos Equis.

Tillman replaces Willem van der Hoeven, who transferred within Heineken’s international network to manage operations for Heineken South Africa.

Before joining Heineken USA, Tillman spent eight years with Kraft Foods. During her tenure with the company, Tillman served in a number of roles, most recently as brand director for new beverage products. Under her leadership, Tillman’s team identified new opportunities to tap into the in the $4 billion ready-to-drink multi-serve beverage category. She coordinated a 15-member cross-functional team to develop and implement the product’s strategic launch plan domestically and internationally.
