Fashion Bug to showcase budget fashions

NEW YORK Fashion Bug announced that it is staging coast-to-coast runway shows at more than 900 stores nationwide on Sept. 13.

According to the company, the fashion shows will feature 30,000 "real women," who will model the retailer's fall and back-to-school looks.

"We want to make a statement and show consumers that they can add fashionable new pieces to their fall wardrobe without breaking their budget," said Lisa Sandberg, director of communications and public relations for Fashion Bug. "We would like to invite women to sign up to model in this historic event by going to their local Fashion Bug," Sandberg added.
