Dunnhumby names digital advertising head
CINCINNATI — Dunnhumby Ltd.,an analyzer of brand value for consumer goods and retail companies, has hired Lung Huang, formerly of Arbitron, as VP digital advertising for global partnerships. In this newly created role, Huang will lead the company’s efforts to expand their integrated suite of solutions across media - both offline (traditional TV and print) and digital (online, mobile, social), across the globe. He will be based in New York City.
Huang joins Dunnhumby after thirteen years at Arbitron Inc., an international media and marketing research firm serving the radio, television, cable and out-of-home media industry; the mobile industry as well as advertising agencies and advertisers around the world. Most recently serving as VP national accounts division, Huang managed accounts for Arbitron’s advertising agency and broadcast clients, including the top 50 advertising agencies, as well as financial institutions and political affiliates. Huang also handled several cross-platform accounts - particularly Disney, ESPN and mobile measurement - and provided leadership over Arbitron’s Agency/Advertiser Advisory Council. Prior to joining Arbitron, Lung worked for Young & Rubicam's The Media Edge.
Huang is an active member of the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF) program committee and sits on the Advisory Board for the University of Kansas Business School, his alma mater.
