DeCA touts Military OneSource service

FORT LEE, Va. The Defense Commissary Agency is promoting its relationship with Military OneSource, an information tool that provides tips on variety of topics from parenting to weight loss via a toll-free hotline and Web site.

"Customers are now seeing colorful 'Healthy Habits Coaching' banners in their local commissaries," said Rick Page, DeCA's acting director. "The banners advertise the Web site and phone number of OneSource. We hope to remind everyone of this amazing resource offering so much assistance in getting and staying healthy."

Military OneSource periodically funds advertising on commissary grocery bags as well, placing contact information directly in the hands – and trunks – of military shoppers everywhere. A Web site link may also be found on DeCA's home page.
