Christopher & Banks looking for 'Amazing Women'

Specialty retailer Christopher & Banks has come up with an innovative celebration of women to drive traffic this Mother’s Day.

The retailer will solicit nominations for, and select, Amazing Women to be recognized for their selfless giving and positive impact on the lives of those around them. The first search this year will be launched in celebration of Mother's Day with nominations open through May 10.

Christopher & Banks is seeking nominations in honor of Mother's Day to celebrate the women that inspire others through friendship, support, compassion, adventure and love – the women fondly known as "mom." One Amazing Woman and several runners up will be selected in May for their care and support of future generations and will serve as national Amazing Women Brand Ambassadors throughout the year. The Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• $500 Christopher & Banks gift card

• $500 donation to a selected charity

• A trip with their nominator to Christopher & Banks headquarters in Minnesota

• A personalized shopping experience at the Christopher & Banks flagship store at Mall of America

• A spa experience during the headquarters visit for grand prize winner and nominator

• A professional video and photo shoot

• An invitation to serve as a Christopher & Banks Amazing Woman Brand Ambassador

The runners up will receive:

• $100 Christopher & Banks gift card

• A personalized shopping experience at her local Christopher & Banks store
