Borders extends Gulf Coast support efforts

Ann Arbor, Mich. In a continued show of support for the Gulf Coast, Borders has extended by three days the period in which 10% of customer transactions will be donated to the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana (CRCL) to aid in oil spill relief efforts.

Now customers have until June 17 to team with Borders to contribute up to $50,000 to the recovery efforts by visiting www.bordersmedia.com/coup/crcl.html to download a special voucher and present that voucher at any Borders, Waldenbooks and Borders Express store nationwide.
