Blackhawk Network inks deal with MLB
PLEASANTON, Calif. Safeway subsidiary, Blackhawk Network, has reached an exclusive agreement with MLB Advanced Media LP, the interactive media and Internet company of Major League Baseball, to launch the first-ever MLB.com gift card. The card is available for purchase in Blackhawk Network's nationwide network of stores including Safeway, A&P, Stop & Shop, Giant Eagle and GetGo, CVS/pharmacy and Kmart.
Available in $25 and $50 denominations, the MLB.com Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise for all 30 teams, as well as game tickets for participating teams and other services at MLB.com.
