Bath & Body Works site adds customer reviews

AUSTIN, Texas Bath & Body Works has engaged the services of Bazaarvoice, a provider social commerce applications, to add customer reviews to its Web site.

According to the companies, customers can give feedback on Bath & Body Works products at http://www.bathandbodyworks.com. The customer input is then analyzed by Bazaarvoice's expert community services team to identify opportunities for improving the company's marketing and merchandising strategy.

"Bazaarvoice gives our customers a voice, and lets them share unbiased opinions about our products with their peers," said Shannon Glass, director of Internet operations for Limited Brands, parent company for Bath & Body Works. "Our goal is to make shopping on our Web site a much more social experience, and Bazaarvoice offers the functionality and expert services to ensure we get there quickly. Our customers, and the entire Bath & Body Works brand, have benefited from our Ratings and Reviews implementation."
