Newegg opens state-of-the-art gaming center to the public
A dedicated gaming space at Newegg headquarters is now accessible to consumers.
Newegg Commerce Inc. has officially opened its immersive “Gamer Zone” to the public. Originally unveiled during Intel Gamer Days in August 2025, Newegg Gamer Zone is a 2,300-square-foot experiential space designed to bring together gamers, creators, students, and tech enthusiasts in an interactive environment.

Newegg initially opened the space, located in its corporate headquarters in Diamond Bar, Calif. for company-led events and private gatherings. However, following a recent soft opening and weekend launch celebration, the Gamer Zone is now open to the public Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Features of the space include:
- High-performance gaming PCs featuring the latest hardware.
- Competitive e-sports gameplay and tournament setups.
- Immersive racing simulator experiences.
- Virtual reality and mixed-reality stations.
- Daily snacks and refreshments.
Gamer Zone is also designed to serve as a platform for science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM) exposure, e-sports development, and hands-on learning.
"We built Gamer Zone to be a space where gamers, builders, students, and creators can come together," said Katie Lau, director of corporate marketing at Newegg. "Whether someone wants to experience new hardware, compete in e-sports tournaments, or learn the fundamentals of PC building, the goal is to create a welcoming environment that encourages curiosity and community."
Newegg plans to host a variety of programming throughout the year, including:
- E-sports tournaments and competitive gaming events.
- Introductory PC building and hardware workshops.
- Student and youth group visits.
- Vendor showcases and product demonstrations.
- Creator meetups and community gaming nights.
Gamer Zone will also host regular vendor activations, product launches, and esports competitions throughout the year. Consumers can stay updated on upcoming events, tournaments, and announcements by following Gamer Zone on Facebook and Instagram, as well as joining the official Discord community.
Because Gamer Zone regularly hosts vendor events, tournaments, and community programming, Newegg advises visitors to check the Gamer Zone calendar before planning a visit.
